2015 - Labor Day Weekend

We ventured over to Seagrove Beach, FL for Labor Day weekend and relaxed our little hearts out.  We went with a group from our church as chaperones (our first chaperone experience - *adult moment realization*).  The water there always seems to have the most beautiful blends of blue and turquoise.  Here are some snaps from our trip!

One of the shops I like to stop in whenever I'm in the area is Willow Boutique (shown in the second picture below).  I actually discovered their store through Instagram, and made it a point to visit last year when I realized I'd be nearby.  The store is well curated with a mix of trendy statement pieces and elevated classics.  They have a cute blog, if you want to check it out.  You can find them here.

Announcement: We're Moving!

My husband Derrik and I are moving to Louisville, Kentucky!  We are venturing north for Derrik to attend seminary.  This has been in the works for some time, and we are excited to explore a new part of the US.  You may know Louisville by the Kentucky Derby and fancy hats :)

We'll miss our friends and family in Florida, but we are grateful for FaceTime and can't wait for visitors!

I've been scouring Pinterest for tips on organizing a move, nesting and decorating.  Imagining how to arrange a new home is exciting.  For now, we're soaking up our last month or so of the Florida sunshine.  Leave your best moving/packing tips in the comment section!
