Featured by Kentucky Bride

Are you someone who enjoys celebrating milestones?  Birthdays, anniversaries, small and big successes alike.  Me too!  That's why I ran up two flights of stairs in our home to get to my husband once I realized Kentucky Bride had featured one of my images (the one shown above)!  I get giddy every time, and I hope that never changes.

Girl Time at Please & Thank You

Please & Thank You is consistently on lists describing Louisville's best coffee shops and in my opinion, has THE BEST chocolate chip cookie in town!  They also have heavy whipping cream, so you know that makes this girl happy!

I met my friend Lindsey there to catch up now that all the holiday craziness has settled.  She's also a wedding photographer so we couldn't help but make it into a mini-photoshoot together before we scurried inside to warm up with a butterscotch latte, which tastes even better than it sounds.  But don't let the cozy sweaters and warm smiles fool you - this day was anything but warm!  The giggles were from the fact that we were both happy as clams freezing in the middle of the street to have some play time with our cameras.
